Judaic StudiesThe Judaic studies program, from the earliest levels, builds in our students a love of Torah and Yiddishkeit, and connects them to our heritage.  In addition, the program builds skills along a continuum that moves students from the beginning stages of decoding textual content, through developing an understanding that leads them into more advanced and abstract learning. DAT’s Judaic studies program is on the cutting edge, by mirroring and applying the latest research-based best practices in general studies.

Our experienced Judaic studies teachers understand the benefits of combining the newer best practices, with the traditional Torah-learning methods that have been passed down from generation to generation.  In this way, we ensure that our students leave DAT not only learning Torah, but living Torah.
