Mrs. Hill earned her undergraduate degree in biology from the University of Northern Iowa and her graduate degree in biology from the University of Nebraska – Kearney. She is a member of the National Science Teacher Association, the American Association of Physics Teachers, the American Chemical Society, and the American Association of Biology Teachers. She has been in education since 2001. Mrs. Hill is married and has two children – both of whom are named after J.D. Salinger characters. She enjoys singing in church, reading pretty much anything, running races, cooking, and baking. She loves working at DAT because of the closeness of the faculty, the support of the administration, and the special

bond she is able to form with each of her students.
