Morah Gilat received her undergraduate degree in special education from the Levinsky College of Education in Tel Aviv, Israel. She received her graduate degree in second-language instruction, focusing on Hebrew, from Middlebury College in Middlebury, VT. She has been in education since 1998. Morah Gilat believes that one-size doesn’t t all when it comes to education and that each child needs to be taught in his or her own way. Morah Gilat has three children and enjoys spending time reading with them and hiking. She loves teaching at DAT because of its role in the Jewish community and because its small size allows her to form strong relationships with her students.
