P.E.

Our Kindergarten-9th grade students have P.E. class twice a week throughout the school year. P.E. classes will consist of warm-up stretches and jogging/running before a sport is played. Depending on the ages and abilities of each class, there are different targeted focusses in each P.E. lesson. Students will start their physical education journey by learning the basics, such as hand-eye coordination before moving onto more complex sports such as volleyball and football.
